Impressions
A décollage is not a collage. Though both techniques are related, they are different. A décollage is mostly ripped in one single piece. It can reveal different layers, a variety of letters and colours. A collage is consciously sticked together.
The visistors are astonished that I find my material in public space. Yeah, I cannot go to the artist's wholesale and buy big ripped posters. No, I have to discover it somewhere in the world. I need to have OPEN EYES!
